Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, applied ML, or MLE in a high-growth environment.
- Strong foundation in applied analytics, statistics, experimentation, causal thinking, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to scope ambiguous problems and drive decisions with stakeholders.
- Comfort writing production-quality code, especially in Python.
- Experience building maintainable internal systems rather than one-off notebooks.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining tradeoffs and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
- High ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-trust analysis on clear timelines.
- Translate business problems into analysis and system requirements.
- Build and maintain internal decision systems and reproducible workflows.
- Partner with GTM teams to move from analysis to actionable insights like prospecting and territory design.
- Proactively surface issues such as anomalies or misallocated spend.
- Support fundraising readiness with credible data pools and reporting.
