Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership-level decisions.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define the right problems by understanding business questions and required decisions.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights.
- Drive outcomes by delivering recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Embed within core business areas like growth, product, AI/automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for the assigned business unit.
