Requirements
- Deep product design craft across complex, multi-persona B2B/B2G or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated ownership of a design system at meaningful scale.
- Fluency in accessible design and track record of meeting WCAG 2.2 AA / Section 508 in production.
- Ability to design conversational and data-dense interfaces accessibly.
- Strong information architecture and interaction design fundamentals.
- Experience designing for AI-mediated or recommendation-driven experiences.
- Ability to run independent user research and synthesize findings into design decisions.
- Comfort prioritizing design depth across wide, multi-tenant product surfaces.
- Experience operating as a senior design lead in settings with executive and customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform's visual language and design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and typography.
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA / Section 508) as a first-class design constraint.
- Lead end-to-end design for new product areas, major launches, and complex reworks.
- Design AI-mediated experiences, multi-step workflows, and data-dense admin surfaces.
- Execute the full fidelity arc from concept exploration and IA to high-fidelity UI and specification handoff.
- Conduct direct user research with job seekers, career navigators, and agency staff to inform design decisions.
- Own design quality standards and mentor PMs and engineers on design fluency.
