Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a customer-focused engineering role.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% for business development and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Aurea CRM, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work autonomously and remotely.
  • Competent in interpreting mechanical drawings and basic electrical engineering concepts.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
  • Ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport and cross international borders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the designated territory across the Western US and Western Canada.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers in industries including Power Transmission, Aerospace, and Data Centers.
  • Serve as an expert on high-current electrical connectors and provide onsite technical support and customized training.
  • Execute growth strategies in collaboration with Business Development and Sales leadership.
  • Manage ETO (engineer to offer) projects using standard processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and opportunity data within Aurea CRM.
  • Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and industry webinars.
