Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a customer-focused engineering role.
- Ability to travel 25-40% for business development and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Aurea CRM, and SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Competent in interpreting mechanical drawings and basic electrical engineering concepts.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
- Ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport and cross international borders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the designated territory across the Western US and Western Canada.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers in industries including Power Transmission, Aerospace, and Data Centers.
- Serve as an expert on high-current electrical connectors and provide onsite technical support and customized training.
- Execute growth strategies in collaboration with Business Development and Sales leadership.
- Manage ETO (engineer to offer) projects using standard processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records and opportunity data within Aurea CRM.
- Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and industry webinars.
