  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
  • Provide a positive and informative candidate experience with clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
