Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on administrative, operations, business, or generalist positions.
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
- Provide a positive and informative candidate experience with clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
