- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong desire to learn.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and various business software programs.
- Proven ability to maintain and update data in electronic databases.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Proficiency in professional communication via email, phone, and text messaging.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
- Initiate communication and follow-up with applicants in a timely manner.
- Review resumes and CVs to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants.
- Maintain detailed records of the recruitment process within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Act as a liaison between management and candidates during the hiring process.
- Draft and send personalized hire offers to selected candidates.
- Attend team meetings to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline.
