  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in professional communication via email, phone, and text messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
  • Initiate communication and follow-up with applicants in a timely manner.
  • Review resumes and CVs to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants.
  • Maintain detailed records of the recruitment process within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Act as a liaison between management and candidates during the hiring process.
  • Draft and send personalized hire offers to selected candidates.
  • Attend team meetings to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline.
