Requirements
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition.
- Previous leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when hiring demands require.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in home improvement, field marketing, or sales recruiting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Talent Representatives.
- Conduct high-volume interviews and make hiring decisions for multiple markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill positions quickly.
- Support recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability.
- Manage daily recruiting operations and hiring workflows.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure recruiting goals are consistently achieved.
- Improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas that increase hiring success.
