- Comparable to 10+ years of knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Advanced time management and governance skills for managing BioPharma or BioTech accounts.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with business development for renewals and expansions.
- Strong business acumen to drive account maturity and strategic growth.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and managing high-impact issues.
- Ability to synthesize operational and strategic insights for executive decision-making.
- Capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic and growth-oriented accounts of moderate to high complexity.
- Advance account maturity, scale governance models, and enable expansion across diverse client types.
- Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to strengthen long-term relationships and support growth.
- Actively partner with business development on major renewals and expansions to shape partnership proposals.
- Design and adapt governance for complex client needs and lead resolution of high-impact cross-portfolio issues.
- Lead cross-business collaboration at senior leadership levels.
- Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation roadmaps in service delivery and governance.
- Mentor Alliance Leads and managers and contribute to leadership capability building.
