- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Proven background in e-commerce operations.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail in operational tasks.
- Familiarity with professional coffee equipment or specialty coffee industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable customer success strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build, manage, and mentor the global customer success team, including support and service coordination.
- Enable consultative sales processes via email, SMS, and social platforms.
- Manage accurate quote and invoice creation within Shopify and QuickBooks.
- Oversee client onboarding, equipment setup, and technical service partner installations.
- Lead customer communications for logistics, shipping damages, and return claims.
- Identify operational pain points and implement automation or process improvements.
