  • Proven background in e-commerce operations.
  • Strong proficiency with Shopify.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail in operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with professional coffee equipment or specialty coffee industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement scalable customer success strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build, manage, and mentor the global customer success team, including support and service coordination.
  • Enable consultative sales processes via email, SMS, and social platforms.
  • Manage accurate quote and invoice creation within Shopify and QuickBooks.
  • Oversee client onboarding, equipment setup, and technical service partner installations.
  • Lead customer communications for logistics, shipping damages, and return claims.
  • Identify operational pain points and implement automation or process improvements.
