Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing operations or customer success role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Background in e-commerce operations.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify and QuickBooks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with professional coffee equipment or the specialty coffee industry is a significant advantage.
- CV must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute scalable customer success strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and mentor a team covering support, aftersales, and service coordination.
- Facilitate consultative sales processes via email, SMS, and social platforms.
- Oversee invoice and quote creation using Shopify and QuickBooks.
- Coordinate client onboarding and equipment installations with technical partners.
- Manage logistics, damage claims, and returns to ensure prompt resolution.
- Identify operational pain points and implement automation or process improvements.
