Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable program management experience in a technology and creative environment.
- Experience with game consumer platforms and game development workflows.
- Demonstrated delivery of large-scale design programs and projects in collaboration with product, engineering, and technical program management.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and a passion for user experience.
- Proven ability to work across complex and ambiguous problem spaces to move teams toward solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Strong instincts around people and organizations with a demonstrated ability to influence design leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships and partnerships.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with a diverse range of partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the operations for the Games Platform XD team.
- Partner with design leadership and cross-functional teams to synthesize roadmaps and ensure design work aligns with business priorities.
- Support the design pipeline from end to end, including prioritization, planning, resource management, and program tracking.
- Own artifacts that drive initiatives and programs forward.
- Establish engagement models and collaboration channels with stakeholders to ensure clarity on design deliverables.
- Support team health and resource management in partnership with design leadership.
- Advocate for design by ensuring the team has time and space to explore innovative, user-centered solutions.
