Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a related field.
- Proven ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex business problems.
- Experience leading initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level communications and presenting to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify challenges and proactively manage risks in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to inform decisions.
- Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of OMX's highest-priority strategic initiatives, delivering measurable business impact.
- Develop clear execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive complex initiatives from strategy through delivery with minimal oversight.
- Anticipate risks, adapt to changing business priorities, and ensure programs remain on track through governance and operational rigor.
- Build compelling, data-driven narratives and executive communications to drive alignment and influence decision-making.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability and deliver scalable operational solutions.
- Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and scalable operating practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by strengthening program governance and execution mechanisms.
