Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Channel, Partner, or Program roles within enterprise software or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market.
- Proven experience designing and scaling channel programs across multiple countries.
- Ability to balance global programs with regional activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Regional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation development.
- Experience working with VARs, Distributors, Service Providers, and multi-tier partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with incentive structures, rebates, and partner enablement frameworks.
- Prior experience developing successful programs in a regional or global role.
- Strong executive communication and influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute global channel programs including partner tiers, incentives, and promotions.
- Translate global initiatives into market-ready programs while accounting for local dynamics.
- Define eligibility criteria, qualification requirements, and success metrics.
- Establish program governance, timelines, and operational cadence with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances.
- Monitor program performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
- Increase partner engagement and adoption of strategic motions such as attach and upsell.
- Align channel programs with sales motions, marketing campaigns, and global priorities.
- Provide regular readouts and program insights to regional and global stakeholders.
