Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a related field.
- Exceptional program management skills with a proven ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex business problems.
- Ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify challenges and execute with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of OMX's highest-priority strategic initiatives.
- Bring structure to ambiguity by developing execution plans and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Anticipate risks and proactively manage program governance and execution.
- Develop data-driven executive communications to influence decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and deliver scalable operational solutions.
- Identify patterns and inefficiencies, leveraging AI and automation to improve organizational capacity.
