Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 13 years of progressive experience in construction or program management including large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in mission-critical, hyperscale, data center, or advanced infrastructure construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Advanced understanding of construction procedures, safety standards, risk management, and quality processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site programs involving complex stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to engage clients, designers, and contractors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management platforms like Procore.
  • Ability to leverage digital tools, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Willingness to travel 75–100% across the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain safety certifications such as NFPA 70E or OSHA training.
  • PMP or CCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale construction programs across scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Establish standardized program frameworks, reporting processes, and quality controls.
  • Provide executive-level guidance and technical direction to project teams and construction managers.
  • Optimize resource allocation, workforce utilization, financial performance, and program-level forecasting.
  • Act as a senior client partner, providing strategic guidance on project delivery and risk management.
  • Drive construction quality management, safety compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop workflows, documentation standards, and data-driven tools to enhance program performance.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including AI and analytics adoption.
  • Mentor and develop senior project and construction management professionals.
  • Support business development through proposal creation and market insights.
