Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automation QA.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and failure modes in complex SaaS systems.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience with API testing.
- Demonstrated use of AI in QA, including autonomous testing or AI-assisted exploratory testing.
- Ability to explain how AI systems decide what to test next.
- Experience designing QA frameworks or platforms (strongly preferred).
- Experience integrating QA into CI/CD at a system level (strongly preferred).
- Background in performance or reliability testing (strongly preferred).
- Experience in healthcare or regulated systems (strongly preferred).
- Prior work where QA influenced architecture decisions (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and own an autonomous, AI-driven QA system for complex SaaS products.
- Build agentic QA systems that integrate directly into agentic development loops.
- Develop systems that explore UI, APIs, and workflows without pre-defined scripts.
- Validate quality across web UI, backend services, data integrity, and end-to-end user journeys.
- Automatically identify functional defects, regression issues, and performance risks.
- Build continuous, always-on QA systems that adapt as the product evolves.
- Define quality standards and manage release-blocking decisions based on evidence.
