- Oversee delivery for all products (scope management, release cadence, quality controls, stakeholder alignment)
- Design and execute the agentic software development lifecycle, including human-agent workflow design, maker-checker patterns, and agent orchestration
- Manage the engineering team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and retention
- Own the architecture across the full stack: web applications, APIs, infrastructure, and AI integrations
- Build the release pipeline: CI/CD, environments, quality checkpoints, deployment automation
- Own engineering security: access controls, secrets management, audit trails, and SDLC security
- Build the engineering team: define roles, maintain hiring standards, run technical interviews, and make hiring calls
