- Respond to new web leads within 1 business hour by email and phone.
- Lead 15–30 minute introductory calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, project scope, budget, timeline, and decision-makers.
- Match prospect needs to ISHIR services, including custom software, AI and data solutions, application modernization, and dedicated engineering teams.
- Qualify leads against ISHIR criteria and route early-stage leads into nurture.
- Review and re-engage existing web leads in HubSpot.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings with senior leadership and prepare summaries for each meeting.
- Coordinate confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling to help ensure meetings happen.
- Remain the prospect’s main contact after handoff for scheduling, follow-ups, document requests, and general communication.
- Log interactions in HubSpot and keep lead records, stages, and next steps accurate; report weekly sales metrics.
- Use approved AI tools for company research, call preparation, email drafts, and meeting notes, reviewing output for accuracy.
