Requirements

- Direct technical proficiency in Klaviyo (segments, flows, events, integrations).
- Direct technical proficiency in Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative rigor and incremental measurement.
- Proven ability to use AI tools daily to enhance productivity and marketing execution.
- Ability to work autonomously without requiring heavy mentorship or management.
- Capacity to operate in a 'builder' role, executing tasks directly rather than delegating.
- Excellent copywriting skills suitable for luxury customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end email program in Klaviyo, including campaign calendars, trigger-based flows, segmentation, and testing.
- Improve customer repeat purchase rates through targeted re-engagement journeys.
- Lead the full-cycle relaunch of the loyalty program from positioning to measurement.
- Personalize marketing campaigns and on-site experiences using browsing behavior, purchase history, and brand affinities.
- Manage organic social presence to build brand awareness and drive funnel engagement.
- Utilize AI tooling and agentic workflows to increase operational efficiency and scale personalization.
