  • Proven ability to use AI tools daily to enhance productivity and marketing execution.
  • Ability to work autonomously without requiring heavy mentorship or management.
  • Capacity to operate in a 'builder' role, executing tasks directly rather than delegating.
  • Excellent copywriting skills suitable for luxury customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end email program in Klaviyo, including campaign calendars, trigger-based flows, segmentation, and testing.
  • Improve customer repeat purchase rates through targeted re-engagement journeys.
  • Lead the full-cycle relaunch of the loyalty program from positioning to measurement.
  • Personalize marketing campaigns and on-site experiences using browsing behavior, purchase history, and brand affinities.
  • Manage organic social presence to build brand awareness and drive funnel engagement.
  • Utilize AI tooling and agentic workflows to increase operational efficiency and scale personalization.
