Requirements
- Proven experience running lifecycle/CRM programs at an ecommerce brand or marketplace.
- Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo (segments, flows, events, integrations).
- Hands-on expertise in Shopify.
- Proficiency in using AI tools daily as a force multiplier for marketing tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative rigor, holdouts, and incrementality testing.
- Ability to balance creative taste for luxury audiences with data-driven decision-making.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to build and execute independently without agency or engineering support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full email program in Klaviyo, including campaign calendars, trigger-based flows, segmentation, and deliverability testing.
- Drive repeat purchase rates and customer re-engagement through data-informed strategies.
- Relaunch and measure the loyalty program across Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Personalize marketing campaigns and on-site experiences using browsing behavior, purchase history, and brand affinities.
- Execute organic social media content as an owned channel to build brand and funnel.
- Leverage AI tooling and agentic workflows to scale drafting, analysis, and personalization efforts.
