Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms like ManageEngine, Jamf, or Intune.
- Experience administering endpoint security tools such as Sophos or CrowdStrike.
- Proficiency in administering Google Workspace and Slack at an organizational level.
- Administrative experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows environments.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain employee laptops and workstations across macOS and Windows.
- Manage device lifecycle, endpoint security policies, and hardware asset inventory.
- Operate the internal IT help desk by triaging and resolving support tickets.
- Administer internal SaaS platforms including Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding guides.
- Collaborate on infrastructure projects, security hardening, and technology evaluations.
