Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-national, cross-cultural environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with Netsuite (preferred).
- Experience in retail ecommerce (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Finance Centre of Excellence (COE) and Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams on AR/AP/invoicing/operational matters.
- Act as the first finance point-of-contact for trade vendors and customers on AR/AP related matters.
- Support the Assistant Manager to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes.
- Support the Assistant Manager in statutory audit and tax filings.
