- Competence in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Experience with communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data cleanliness.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and processes.
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
- Comfortable with video calls and digital collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through interviews and preparation.
- Create compelling candidate briefs.
- Manage onboarding communication and conduct regular check-ins.
- Support client relationships through sales follow-ups and outreach.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and create client documentation.
- Optimize communication workflows and support team scaling needs.
- Track and improve key operational metrics.
