  • Experience with communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data cleanliness.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and processes.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
  • Comfortable with video calls and digital collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Guide candidates through interviews and preparation.
  • Create compelling candidate briefs.
  • Manage onboarding communication and conduct regular check-ins.
  • Support client relationships through sales follow-ups and outreach.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and create client documentation.
  • Optimize communication workflows and support team scaling needs.
  • Track and improve key operational metrics.
