Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role.
  • Experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS industries is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate clinical value to healthcare professionals.
  • Resilience and a 'hunter' mentality for a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales intelligence tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team.
  • Execute consistent, multi-channel cadence (email, phone, social) outreach to engage dental professionals.
  • Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and provide regular reporting for internal management.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover partner pain points and articulate quip’s B2B solution value.
  • Rigorously qualify prospects based on practice volume, digital adoption, and clinical needs.
  • Refine and test outreach scripts, email subject lines, and value propositions to optimize conversion rates.
