Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role.
- Experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS industries is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate clinical value to healthcare professionals.
- Resilience and a 'hunter' mentality for a high-volume outbound environment.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales intelligence tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team.
- Execute consistent, multi-channel cadence (email, phone, social) outreach to engage dental professionals.
- Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and provide regular reporting for internal management.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover partner pain points and articulate quip’s B2B solution value.
- Rigorously qualify prospects based on practice volume, digital adoption, and clinical needs.
- Refine and test outreach scripts, email subject lines, and value propositions to optimize conversion rates.
