Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Audit (Big 4), FP&A, or Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive and explain key insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) preferred.
- Experience with finance systems like Netsuite or Cube is an asset.
- CPA or Master’s degree is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis including modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.
- Support budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by gathering input and tracking performance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data for decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
- Propose improvements for financial processes and assist with ad hoc special projects.
