Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using HubSpot in a Marketing Operations, CRM, Sales Operations, or Growth role.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot workflows.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing.
  • Expertise in CRM management, database hygiene, contact segmentation, and list management.
  • Ability to manage lead scoring and lifecycle automation.
  • Experience building custom dashboards and reporting within HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance and recommend improvements.
  • Proven experience performing quality assurance on CRM data and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Currently based in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and database hygiene.
  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns, lifecycle stage automation, and lead scoring.
  • Build custom dashboards and reports to monitor marketing and sales performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through automated campaigns.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on marketing assets, automations, and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation for CRM processes and marketing operations.
