Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying sales opportunities within SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience supporting both mid-market and enterprise sales pipelines.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Strong interest in technology with the ability to quickly adopt new tools, including AI solutions that improve sales efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multiple communication channels while managing and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Hold discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
  • Participate in live customer meetings alongside Enterprise Sales colleagues, progressively taking ownership of customer presentations and sales pitches.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and automation technologies to enhance account research, personalize outreach, and improve productivity.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking within Salesforce and other sales platforms.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team targets for outreach activity, qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution.
