Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7–10+ years of experience in business development, corporate fundraising, strategic partnerships, or sales.
- Proven success securing high-value corporate partnerships or achieving comparable revenue growth.
- Strong experience developing outbound prospecting strategies and building new business pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, forecast revenue, and track conversion performance.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing priorities independently in a remote environment.
- Consultative sales methodologies experience preferred.
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual corporate growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
- Identify, research, qualify, and engage prospective corporate partners through targeted outreach.
- Manage a strong pipeline of potential partners from discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Secure new corporate partnerships that generate significant unrestricted revenue.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships and collaborate with senior leaders to advance strategic opportunities.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and industry engagements.
- Track pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support lead generation and partner onboarding.
