- Five years of sales and management experience, preferably in healthcare staffing and/or consulting services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business functions, services, and strategic policy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and address business needs.
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, goal setting, and action planning.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on meeting client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and negotiate mutually satisfying agreements.
- Capacity to establish rapport and maintain productive professional relationships.
- Effective dialogue and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities aligned with long-term SBU objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to support revenue generation and market positioning.
- Lead the planning and structuring of business development efforts across the opportunity lifecycle.
- Partner with Business Development and proposal teams to ensure alignment with client needs, pricing, and capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Recruitment, Finance, and Legal to ensure initiative feasibility.
- Develop frameworks and processes to improve consistency and effectiveness across growth efforts.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership regarding opportunity strategy and market positioning.
