Requirements
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a closing role within a solution-sales, SaaS, or technology-focused environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and telephone skills.
- Experience managing sales cycles and converting qualified leads into customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and position technology solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with quoting, invoicing, purchasing processes, or related commercial activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with qualified inbound leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and screen-sharing presentations to showcase solutions.
- Guide prospects through the complete sales process from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and internal teams to optimize lead management.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their business challenges.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline progression within CRM systems.
- Support pricing discussions and work with leadership on negotiation strategies.
