  • Previous experience in sales operations supporting multinational customers.
  • Background in business administration within an international or global organization.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
  • Availability to work flexibly during U.S. business hours.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales and purchasing lifecycle, including customer proposals, purchase orders, billing, and vendor invoice validation.
  • Review, process, and track customer purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate communication with customers, vendors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operational processes.
  • Maintain and update project structures, budgets, and administrative records within internal systems.
  • Support project administration by collaborating closely with project management teams throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate activities between global and local teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Provide administrative support across multiple business functions, including operations, marketing, and human resources.
  • Contribute to process efficiency while delivering a high standard of customer and vendor service.
