- Previous experience in sales operations supporting multinational customers.
- Background in business administration within an international or global organization.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
- Availability to work flexibly during U.S. business hours.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales and purchasing lifecycle, including customer proposals, purchase orders, billing, and vendor invoice validation.
- Review, process, and track customer purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate communication with customers, vendors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operational processes.
- Maintain and update project structures, budgets, and administrative records within internal systems.
- Support project administration by collaborating closely with project management teams throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate activities between global and local teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Provide administrative support across multiple business functions, including operations, marketing, and human resources.
- Contribute to process efficiency while delivering a high standard of customer and vendor service.
