- Associate’s degree (A.A.) in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Less than 1 year of call center experience.
- Experience in collections.
- Ability to review sales order forms and invoicing.
- Ability to work with automatic payment portal configurations.
- Ability to manage internal support cases.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and mission statement.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone or email to secure payments.
- Maintain daily collection plan tasks to manage past-due accounts.
- Follow up on payment arrangements and settlements.
- Provide customer balance overviews to senior leadership and suggest next steps.
- Advocate for customer needs and address issues cross-departmentally.
