Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting support, order management, customer service, or operations support.
- Experience with accounting processes, customer credits, reconciliations, or transaction management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage return merchandise authorization (RMA) activities, including research, vendor requests, and tracking credits.
- Review return requests for required documentation, approvals, and transaction accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, vendors, customers, and shipping providers to facilitate equipment returns.
- Process customer credits and reconcile vendor credits with customer orders.
- Research purchase orders and transaction details within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Maintain return case records and customer order notes to ensure billing accuracy.
- Prepare month-end reporting related to open returns and credit activities.
- Investigate and resolve vendor credit discrepancies and billing issues.
- Create and maintain process documentation and reference materials.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation.
