Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Zendesk.
- Proficiency with JIRA.
- Proficiency with Asana.
- Proficiency with Google Apps.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude for learning new technology and understanding system functionality.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and ability to teach complex concepts simply.
- Basic coding knowledge (Bonus).
- Experience with Photoshop or other image manipulation and design programs (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building and graphic design.
- Provide clients with creative direction and solutions via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing.
- Curate the client onboarding journey to ensure apps pass internal review in six weeks or less.
- Review client apps for quality assurance.
- Collaborate on new projects and ideas to improve client experience.
- Troubleshoot complex issues.
