Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk.
  • Proficiency with JIRA.
  • Proficiency with Asana.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude for learning new technology and understanding system functionality.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and ability to teach complex concepts simply.
  • Basic coding knowledge (Bonus).
  • Experience with Photoshop or other image manipulation and design programs (Bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building and graphic design.
  • Provide clients with creative direction and solutions via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing.
  • Curate the client onboarding journey to ensure apps pass internal review in six weeks or less.
  • Review client apps for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate on new projects and ideas to improve client experience.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues.
