  • Strong storytelling abilities to translate complex technology solutions for business audiences.
  • Experience marketing to education technology, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Expertise across key channels including paid search, SEO, content marketing, and events.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Enthusiasm for AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a marketing strategy that connects brand positioning, buyer education, demand generation, and revenue growth into a unified, measurable system.
  • Develop and maintain a compelling market narrative that differentiates the organization.
  • Align Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams around consistent messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with revenue operations to establish strong marketing analytics and optimize investment decisions.
  • Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs that create qualified pipeline.
  • Develop strategies across paid media, SEO, events, content, and email to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Lead customer marketing initiatives focused on retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and accountability.
