- Strong storytelling abilities to translate complex technology solutions for business audiences.
- Experience marketing to education technology, SaaS, or similar industries.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Expertise across key channels including paid search, SEO, content marketing, and events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Proven experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
- Enthusiasm for AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a marketing strategy that connects brand positioning, buyer education, demand generation, and revenue growth into a unified, measurable system.
- Develop and maintain a compelling market narrative that differentiates the organization.
- Align Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams around consistent messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with revenue operations to establish strong marketing analytics and optimize investment decisions.
- Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs that create qualified pipeline.
- Develop strategies across paid media, SEO, events, content, and email to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Lead customer marketing initiatives focused on retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and accountability.
