- Experience making complex education technology accessible to district leaders, principals, and educators.
- Expertise in using key marketing channels like paid search, event marketing, and SEO.
- Deep fluency in marketing automation, specifically HubSpot.
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Ability to set a three-year vision while also managing tactical execution.
- Experience building and leading teams, focusing on coaching and accountability.
- Creative thinker with an interest in leveraging AI for impact and efficiency.
- EdTech or SaaS background strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a marketing strategy that directly accelerates growth—connecting brand positioning, buyer education, and pipeline growth into a measurable system.
- Build a pipeline engine that delivers consistent, high-quality lead flow from multi-channel campaigns.
- Partner with Sales to align on lead quality standards, set shared pipeline targets, and create feedback loops.
- Build and lead a marketing team, coaching for growth and delegating with trust.
- Manage the marketing data and analytics foundation in partnership with Revenue Operations to track performance.
- Develop sales enablement content, tools, and programs to shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates.
- Establish the brand as an authority on MTSS through thought leadership, research, and content.
