Requirements

- Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and converting growth opportunities.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategies, growth frameworks, and modern data-driven approaches.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning internal resources around client objectives.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and operate independently.
- Experience working in remote, high-performance environments with strong accountability.

Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expansion pathways within existing strategic accounts.
- Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders to uncover opportunities for long-term partnership growth.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for complex, multi-divisional client accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Lead client success initiatives by ensuring campaigns and solutions deliver measurable value and sustainable results.
- Partner with internal specialists and execution teams to provide strategic direction, feedback, and support.
- Guide teams through complex challenges by translating client needs into actionable strategies.
