Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working within an agency, media, technology, or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to evaluate data insights and creative recommendations, identify gaps, and develop compelling client narratives.
  • Solid understanding of digital media strategy, creative production workflows, marketing measurement, and performance indicators.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google/YouTube media programs, AI-enabled workflows, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, ensuring a responsive and seamless client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative strategy, insights, project management, and partner teams to keep initiatives on track.
  • Manage program milestones including discovery sessions, data analysis, creative recommendations, workshops, and final deliverables.
  • Review and quality-check client-facing materials to ensure recommendations are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Apply knowledge of digital marketing strategy, creative effectiveness, media performance, and measurement frameworks to support strong outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks, delivery challenges, and stakeholder concerns while proactively supporting resolution efforts.
  • Create alignment across teams by clarifying priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to scaling effective delivery practices across programs.
  • Support clients in improving marketing capabilities, creative effectiveness, and digital maturity.
