Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working within an agency, media, technology, or digital marketing environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to evaluate data insights and creative recommendations, identify gaps, and develop compelling client narratives.
- Solid understanding of digital media strategy, creative production workflows, marketing measurement, and performance indicators.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google/YouTube media programs, AI-enabled workflows, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, ensuring a responsive and seamless client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative strategy, insights, project management, and partner teams to keep initiatives on track.
- Manage program milestones including discovery sessions, data analysis, creative recommendations, workshops, and final deliverables.
- Review and quality-check client-facing materials to ensure recommendations are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Apply knowledge of digital marketing strategy, creative effectiveness, media performance, and measurement frameworks to support strong outcomes.
- Identify potential risks, delivery challenges, and stakeholder concerns while proactively supporting resolution efforts.
- Create alignment across teams by clarifying priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to scaling effective delivery practices across programs.
- Support clients in improving marketing capabilities, creative effectiveness, and digital maturity.
