Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced 0-to-1 environment.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration at scale.
- Strong full-stack web application experience in Python, Ruby, or Go.
- Must be willing to learn and work in Ruby.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and the prompt iteration lifecycle.
- Fluent with AI-powered coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must reside in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows that enhance the SDLC for engineers.
- Develop and maintain internal developer tooling, including CLIs, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and policy-as-code.
- Execute fleet-wide changes like dependency upgrades, security remediations, and standards rollouts.
- Partner with product teams to improve production observability and reliability.
- Steer architectural direction to ensure cohesive and quality standards.
- Contribute across the stack, including the Ruby monolith and TypeScript/React.
