Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion (FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP).
- Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with web service technologies including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations and financial data modeling.
- End-to-end solution architecture experience.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies and streamline technical debt.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java is a plus.
- Knowledge of peripheral financial modules like Tax or FCCS is a plus.
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI-assisted development using tools like Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding and testing.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Build and support integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
- Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows.
- Translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
