Requirements
- 3-5 years of sourcing, procurement, finance, or related business experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline preferred.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent in financial analysis including cost modeling, total cost of ownership, and build vs. buy frameworks.
- Able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pick up new categories, tools, and contract frameworks quickly.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and stakeholder interests.
- Experience in a hyper-growth or fast-moving environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sourcing process end to end including cost-benefit analyses, contract review, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and execute category strategies that align with business priorities.
- Monitor supplier performance and partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate business reviews.
- Assure stakeholder alignment to drive the right business solutions and pricing.
- Manage projects related to Strategic Sourcing process, tools, and functional improvements.
- Deliver win-win outcomes with internal and external partners in vendor negotiations.
