Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Decision Support, Corporate Finance, or Data Analytics.
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience.
- Strong understanding of business, brand, and customer strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and validate accruals.
- Robust analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., S4, SAC) for financial operations.
- Bachelor's or University Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with TPM systems (e.g., Blacksmith) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close, consolidating and analyzing monthly variances.
- Manage reporting packages and track key performance metrics.
- Support forecasting and budgeting routines by partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Provide actionable, forward-looking commentary on business risks and opportunities.
- Analyze P&L drivers including volume, trade, COGS, marketing, and SG&A.
- Support sales finance activities including promotion effectiveness and trade investment analysis.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses using Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Partner with business teams on new product innovation and project viability.
