Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or field (or 4 years of additional relevant experience).
- 1+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Confidential level security clearance.
- Foundational knowledge of military budgeting processes.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of financial coordination documents.
- Familiarity with Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting budget reports and prepare materials for cost-benefit evaluation studies.
- Follow standard operating procedures to update and maintain financial management databases.
- Prepare routine status reports for senior management review and facilitate administrative coordination.
- Provide foundational knowledge of program control protocols and support financial after-action report data collection.
- Assist in tracking budget expenditures and preparing mission-readiness documentation.
- Convert financial data into formats for dissemination among stakeholders in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
