Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com (5+ years in complex enterprise orgs).
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (5+ years).
- 4+ years of experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining integrations with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Gearset, Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows).
- 2+ years of experience configuring Ironclad or comparable CLM tools.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I and II and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications.
- Ironclad CLM Core Administration badge or equivalent CLM certification.
- Core Pardot experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
- Serve as a technical thought leader by evaluating new Salesforce capabilities like Agentforce and Einstein AI.
- Design, build, and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems using Workato.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to gather requirements and co-design solutions.
- Mentor and develop other Salesforce engineers on the team through architecture guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Set the strategic direction for the optimization and evolution of Salesforce, Ironclad, and adjacent systems.
- Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ solutions and cross-system contract lifecycle strategy.
