Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on React Native.
- Advanced proficiency with React Native, including React Navigation, Expo, and native module development.
- Experience integrating React Native applications with native iOS and Android components using technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, Context API, or similar state management solutions.
- Experience building scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, profiling, memory management, and rendering improvements.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL into frontend applications.
- Familiarity with mobile authentication technologies, including OAuth, biometric authentication, and secure session management.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or App Center.
- Proficiency with Git and modern software development workflows, including branching strategies and pull request reviews.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable frontend solutions for web and mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Lead the development of React Native SDKs and applications, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and seamless platform integration.
- Architect reusable React Native components and contribute to scalable design systems and component-based architectures.
- Define technical roadmaps, contribute to architecture decisions, and create technical documentation to support long-term product development.
- Optimize application performance through advanced techniques such as efficient rendering, lazy loading, code splitting, and memory management.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, authentication systems, and secure mobile workflows.
- Establish and promote modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues and improve application stability and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across frontend and mobile development initiatives.
