Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and/or build, release, and rollback processes including production delivery.
- 3-5 years of experience managing monitor and report systems and building observability dashboards (e.g., SignalFX, Grafana).
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming with Golang and Python.
- Expertise in container-based products like Docker and Kubernetes.
- In-depth knowledge of version control systems (Git) including branching and merging strategies.
- Experience with continuous delivery and integration tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Artifactory.
- Proficiency with build automation using Unix Shell (bash, ksh) and Terraform.
- Experience with automation and configuration management using Puppet.
- Experience with cloud products such as AWS EC2 or GCP EKS/ECS.
- Understanding of security best practices and experience developing for extensive test coverage.
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a new CI/CD pipeline for multiple products and services within an AI Agentic team.
- Build and integrate automation solutions using object-oriented programming.
- Onboard services and components while optimizing build, test, and monitoring processes.
- Maintain high service standards for availability, performance, change management, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions and system integrations with other teams.
- Review code and participate in team-based service ownership and operation.
- Provide product support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency and urgent situations.
