Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production applications.
- Experience owning releases end-to-end.
- Strong experience with TypeScript.
- Experience building and maintaining mobile applications (React Native is a strong plus).
- Experience owning mobile app distribution (Apple App Store, Google Play).
- Experience managing build pipelines, release workflows, versioning, and store compliance.
- Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and automating build and release processes.
- Track record of increasing release reliability and operational visibility (monitoring, alerting, debugging).
- Comfort navigating Apple/Google developer workflows, certificates, provisioning, and store review processes.
- Experience at a product-focused startup, scale-up, or technology company.
- High degree of cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, drive, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Improve mobile developer experience from local setup to CI/CD.
- Build guardrails, tooling, and automation for safe and reliable shipping.
- Increase release reliability and app freshness across Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Strengthen observability, monitoring, and operational workflows for diagnosing production issues.
- Leverage AI tools to build automations for release and distribution workflows.
- Partner with the internal launch team to iterate on workflows.
- Contribute to the Guest App codebase when platform and product work intersect.
- Own cross-cutting technical initiatives from design through production.
- Provide code reviews and technical leadership to raise team standards.
