Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production applications.
- Experience owning releases end-to-end.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript.
- Experience building and maintaining mobile applications (React Native preferred).
- Experience owning mobile app distribution, including Apple App Store and Google Play releases.
- Expertise in managing build pipelines, versioning, and store compliance workflows.
- Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and automating build/release processes.
- Track record of improving release reliability and production monitoring.
- Experience navigating external systems like Apple/Google developer workflows and certificates.
- Previous experience at a product-focused startup, scale-up, or technology company.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Improve mobile developer experience from local setup to CI/CD.
- Build guardrails, tooling, and automation to ensure safe, reliable shipping across thousands of apps.
- Increase release reliability and app freshness for the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Strengthen observability, monitoring, and operational workflows for production issue diagnosis.
- Leverage AI tools to build automations for release and distribution workflows.
- Partner with internal launch teams to iterate on workflows.
- Contribute directly to the Guest App codebase as needed.
- Lead cross-cutting technical initiatives from design through production.
- Provide technical leadership and code reviews to raise team standards.
