Requirements
- Significant experience building production software with deep expertise in frontend architecture.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Full-stack engineering fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Experience with React Native or mobile development environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable design systems.
- Experience working closely with product designers using Figma.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
- Experience connecting design systems with prototyping tools or engineering pipelines.
- Ability to independently define technical roadmaps and drive projects.
- Familiarity with Storybook, style dictionaries, design token pipelines, or animation frameworks (plus).
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the frontend platform strategy, including shared architecture, design systems, and developer tooling.
- Partner with product and design teams to transform the design system into a scalable platform.
- Build integrations, documentation, and workflows to support engineering and AI-assisted development.
- Lead major platform initiatives such as framework upgrades, mobile modernization, and technical migrations.
- Drive the migration of legacy components into modern systems using automation and improved processes.
- Improve developer experience by creating reusable tools, templates, and automation.
- Identify and resolve technical friction points across the organization.
- Establish scalable frontend practices and contribute to technical culture.
