Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack capability to build and ship independently from concept to production.
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver product features independently.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
- Engineering leadership skills including mentoring, technical guidance, and driving decision-making.
- Working knowledge of Elixir/Phoenix or equivalent backend framework.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, specifically Next.js.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong grasp of system design, data structures, and clean code principles.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development.
- Strong written communication skills for a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from product discussion and design to implementation and launch.
- Build greenfield products for issuers and distribution partners.
- Ship fast and iterate by testing ideas quickly and incorporating user feedback.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
- Work across the stack using Elixir/Phoenix, TypeScript, Next.js, and AWS.
